All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail with the exception of large orders or gift boxes which will be dispatched by courier.

• The temptation is to light your candle as soon as you get it. But make sure it’s warmed up a little beforehand. If the wax is too cold this can affect the burn and the wax can tunnel.
• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting each time.
• Ensure your first burn is 4-hours long and try to resist the urge to burn for more than that. You should make sure the melt pool of the wax has reached the edge.
• Try to avoid short burns as this can add to the tunnelling affect.
• Keep all objects, including matches and wick trimming out of the wax before lighting as this can affect the flame and potentially cause smoke and a fire risk. Keep out of drafts, on a flat and heat safe surface while burning and away from curtains or objects that could set alight.
• Allow to cool full before relighting. Keep out of direct sunlight, this could cause discolouring and potentially affect the wax as it’s likely to melt in the heat.
• Do not leave unattended or within reach of children or pets.
