We recommend you take travel insurance for all your overseas travel. We are not able to do this for you, but are able to give you a referral code on request to a preferred supplier.

 

Please be reminded that it is your responsibility to check that you have all your correct documents and necessary health/vaccination documents with you prior to travelling. We cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry/right to travel due to not having any of these documents in your possession, including passports and visas, nor will we accept any liability for any fines or penalties imposed on us because of this, and will look to recoup any losses we may sustain through legal channels.

If it is necessary for us to re-issue any tickets that have been lost, destroyed or stolen, any charges incurred will be at your own cost but can then be discussed with your insurance company
